ISO: Chocolate Chip Cookies

I am in search of a good Chocolate Chip cookie recipe. For years I have used the recipe on the Nestles Toll House Morsel package. The cookies seem to spread out too much. They are usually fairly thin. I have tried adding flour, freezing or refrigerating before baking, different pans, different ovens, but am still not satisfied with the resulting cookies. Anyone got a no-fail chocolate chip cookie recipe?
