Recipe: Garlic Bean Dip (using ranch dressing and cottage cheese)

GARLIC BEAN DIP

"After several visits to a local restaurant where this is served, this recipe comes very close to theirs."

1 cup creamy ranch dressing
1 can dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
3 cloves garlic, pressed
2/3 cup small curd cottage cheese
2 to 3 tablespoons sweet relish, do not drain
Saltine crackers (for serving)

Mix it all in a bowl and chill overnight.

Spoon dip onto saltine crackers.
