ISO: Cream Wafers - storage and freezing
Misc.I have made Cream Wafers for many occasions and they have been devoured and so I haven't had to store them. I gave the recipe to my aunt and she wondered how to store them and how far ahead can you make them. Has anyone tried freezing them or storing them for longer periods of time? How have they held up during defrosting? Will they get soggy if stored for a couple of weeks? Thanks for any light you can shine on this for me.
