ISO: Diane Mott Davidson's Orzo salad

Misc.
Does anyone have a recipe for an orzo salad that was in one of Diane Mott Davidson's books? In addition to the orzo, it has either goat cheese or feta, kalamata olives, garlic oil and possibly basil, red onion and tomatoes. I need the recipe for a First Communion party for my son on May 1st. Can anyone help me out? Thanks in advance!
