Davidson's books

Hi Judy - I've read 4 or so of her books - and maybe copied about 6 - 8 recipes (right now they're in a box with other papers as we're doing some redecorating and I can't remember exactly which ones!) I do know I made the cookies - they had dried cranberries, nuts and maybe?choco chips - not sure about that. They were good. Also made some overnight oatmeal - you mixed it all together the night before and put in fridge - adn then in the morning cooked it - it had dried cherries or dried cranberries and I forget what else. It was delicious.

I'm sorry but this was awhile ago - and without the recipes handy I can't remember which books!

If you try any - and like - or don't - let us know. When we ever finish this mess and I find all this missing stuff - I'll try to do likewise.
