ISO: Easy roll sugar cookies
Misc.Hi everyone,
The dog ate my recipe! I have used a roll-out sugar cookie recipe for at least the last 20 years. Just as I was about to mix them at 9:00 last night I noticed my one year old lab had chewed the ingredients part of the card into little pieces. They are a great cookie. I even made them for our daughter's wedding reception this year. Anyway, all I remember about them being different is that the recipe used only 2 egg yolks as opposed to whole eggs. And the recipe made a lot of cookies. Can anyone help? My family only knows these as roll-our sugar cookies.
