ISO: Fresh Figs...what to do with them
Misc. My mother bought 8lbs fresh figs at an auction. She said they were a light brown colour. She and Dad ground them all up in the food processor and froze them in 1 1/2 c. portions. I did a search on the board and got up to 200, then quit. Can any of you good folks come up with easy baking recipes for Mom? She makes cakes, loaves, cookies...that sort of stuff. Could she use them in morning glory muffins instead of, let's say carrots?
