ISO: Frosting for dog cookies - I am looking as well!!

Misc.
I have volunteered to make cookies to benefit our breed rescue. I have even found some cute cookie cutters and I am hoping to put "collars" on the dogs and decorate the big bones with the name of the rescue's acronym. All the frosting recipes I have found have to be refrigerated. Does anyone have any that would be more shelf stable??
