ISO: grape or apple jelly sauce recipe

Misc.
I'm looking for a sauce recipe that I believe uses grape or apple jelly and maybe chili sauce. It was used in a crock pot with kiebalsa slices. It was the hit of the party. It was gone in no time, and I'd like to make that for an up and coming get together. Thanks
