ISO: Great bakery-style muffins??

I just had my home kitchen inspected by the State, and am now a licensed food establishment! My plan is to cater sweets and goodies (no meals) to local businesses and individuals. It may take me all summer just to get my "menu" in order. Right now, I'm looking for moist, delicious muffin recipes that don't taste like homemade, but straight from the world's best bakery. Anybody have any recipes like that? Thanks for sharing!
