Pat, I certainly AM interested in any good muffin recipes you have to share. I guess I'm not opposed to a homemade taste, it's just that bakery muffins have a completelyl different texture than anything I've ever made at home. More moist and cake-like is what I'm after. So, send the recipes! Leah
