ISO: Sharon - recipes wanted!

Sharon, I never thought about using my convection oven to bake the muffins. Duh! I certainly am interested in any recipes that you make for your coffee shop/bakery. I'm anxious to get them and get this show on the road! Thanks in advance, Leah.
