ISO: green bean recipes and broccoli recipes

Misc.
Hi! I'm trying to incorporate more veggies in my diet and I need some help with better recipes. I usually end up buying frozen green beans and broccoli but how can I make them delicious? Low cal's fine but NOT a requirement (unless you ask my family physician). Thanks!
