Recipe(tried): Broccoli Casserole

I have a great broccoli casserole recipe...and it's so easy...cook a 10 oz package of frozen chopped broccoli and drain it well...place in a buttered casserole dish...add a can of creamed corn, 2 T chopped onion, an egg, 10 crumbled ritz crackers....stir it up and top with a mixture made of 10 more ritz and 2 T melted butter...bake at 350 for 25 minutes....yummy and easy:)
