Recipe(tried): Italian Style Green Beans

Hi Angela,

Try this recipe, I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

ITALIAN STYLE GREEN BEANS

1 1/2 pounds fresh green beans
3 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
2 Large Ripe Tomatoes (peeled and chopped)
2-3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste

Rinse the green beans and cut into thirds.
Stir fry the Garlic for 1 minute or so.
Add the Green Beans and stir fry until they
turn a very bright green color (a few minutes)
Add the Tomatoes and stir fry 1 minute.
Add enough water to barely cover the Beans.
Cover and cook over medium heat until all the
water has absorbed completely. Season with
Salt & Pepper.

This goes great with Roast Chicken, a Baked
Potato and a tossed Salad. Enjoy!!!
