ISO: Hecker flour muffins
Misc.Dear readers,
In (I think) Fall of 2002 I purchased a small bag of Hecker Unbleached All Purpose Flour. On the back of the bag was a fantastic recipe that I have now misplaced. Unfortunately I do not remember the formal name of the recipe. However, I do remember some of the ingredients. They include:
Green Apples
Cinnamon
Sour Cream (NO MILK)
Brown sugar
sugar
eggs
nuts, etc.
( two step process muffin mixture and glaze mixture)
I am hopping that you may know of the recipe in question and be willing to forward me a copy of it.
