ISO: Hello Recipelink friends!& also looking for recipe.....

Hello everyone!

I hope everyone is doing well.My bunch & I have been doing allright.Except to say that my sweet mother passed away last June.We miss her so much.

I want to make a recipe that i'm pretty sure is Recipelink's very own Manyhats.It is a porkchop dish cooked in gravy on top of the stove.I remember that you slather the chops in mustard then dredge in seasoned flour & make a gravy to simmer them in.I have tried searches & cant seem to find this recipe.manyhats/Betsy or anyone else that can share it please.Thank you so much! :)
