ISO: High Protein Breakfast Recipes

Misc.

Hi,

I am looking for breakfast recipes that kids will like that also have protein in them...I can't cook bacon and eggs everyday, and I am concerned that when the kids have only cereal and milk they are missing some vital nutrition. Breakfast bars and muffins would be ok. Ideally, if possible some could be made ahead and kept in the freezer until needed. My kids are ages 13, & 11 (boys) and 12 & 9 (girls). With the busy school year starting, (even for me!--in college) I would like to have "fast food" without sacrificing nutrition and $$.

I have bookmarked some breakfast recipes from your site, but I have not yet found any high-protein breakfast recipes...please point me in the right direction if I've missed them.

Thank you.
