The old Hofbrau restaurant in Austin Texas served a ***wilted lettiuce salad*** with olives, garlic and Worcestershire sause back in the 1980's...looking for the correct mix and quantities of ingredients. This was "the" place for steaks and a beer after a UT game! Hook'em Horns!!!!
