Recipe: Hofbrau Wilted Salad

Good morning. Here it is just for you young man. The "old" Hofbrau was Tony Molic's place, opened in 1979.

HOFBRAU WILTED SALAD

9 cups iceberg lettuce, torn
4 cups diced tomatoes
2 1/2 cups sliced olives OPTIONAL: Pimiento-stuffed olives
1/2 cup olive juice from the jar of olives
2 cups salad oil*
1 1/2 cups of lemon juice
5 tbsp seasoning salt
4 tsp of granulated garlic*

Mix all together in a large bowl, toss & serve.

*MY opinion, use olive-oil for the salad oil, use chopped garlic for the granulated garlic
