ISO: How to cream butter & eggs without curdling
Misc.I am making a quick bread that call for creaming room temp
butter with 2 egs. I tried 3 times and each time the butter and eggs (I added one at a time) separated into little curdles. It's an Atkins recipe so no sugar is added to the creamed mixture in the beginning. Please help.
