ISO: I would to find out how to use phyllo pastry in a fresh fruit turnover recipe.

I have never used phyllo pastry and am unsertain as to how many sheets I would use in baking strawberry turnovers. I have tried many sites but so far no luck in finding a recipe anywhere. I hope someone out there can help me with this.
