ISO: ISO:Recipes using bananas

I have a lot of ripe bananas I need to use up. I am looking for some different recipes using them, beside banana bread! Also, what is the best way to freeze them for future use (peeled, unpeeled, mashed, whole, etc.)? Thanks for your help!
