ISO: Italian Sub Rolls

I need an Italian bread roll recipe that is used for sub sandwiches to hold a meatball sandwich (I will be making enough for 100 people). Could someone help me? I have searched numerous bread web sites with no success. Thanks for your prompt reply as I need it quickly for a convention I am catering.
