ISO: Los Cucos red salsa

I am pregnant and desperately craving Los Cucos or La Finca's (they taste quite similar) red salsa. I'm going to eat my husband out of house and home and would like to try making it. If anyone knows of the recipe, or anything that is close, I'd love to hear it. I know that I taste cilantro and there are specs of black all in it, I'm assuming that's ground black pepper, but that's as far as I've gotten. :) HELP!!!
