ISO: Make ahead freezer meals

My Mom has cancer, and I have to leave my husband for a month. I need to make ahead complete meals, and freeze them for him. I'm looking for recipes that are completely cooked, and healthy, that he can just heat up in the microwave. I've done the stew, soup and chili routine, but I'm looking for some different recipes. I'd appreciate any help. Thanks! Cathy
