Recipe(tried): Re: ISO Make ahead freezer meals

My thoughts and prayers are
with you and your family.
You may need some quick
meals to fix for yourself as well.
Here is a recipe I found
on the net, and is now a family
favorite. Takes some time to get
the meat shredded, but worth it when
you can get so many meals out of it.

Dawn's notes: we had a big meal of this
along with coleslaw & watermelon, and I
still froze a 1/2 gallon Zip-Loc bag and
we later had 2 more meals!
Your husband could serve with fresh
carrot sticks (baby carrots) and potato
chips, or french fries.
And you could have it in per-meal
serving sizes for him to re-heat for meals.
Nice for a quick meal!!
