ISO: mandarin orange jello salad

I am looking for a recipe that I had made years ago in my middle school home ec class. I went and bought all of the stuff too make it because I was sure that before we moved I had found it in one of my cookbooks.... now I can't find it again. I know all of the ingredients still but don't remember how it was made or the quantities I need. Thanks for the help!

Ingredients: Orange jello, mandarin oranges, pineapples, cottage cheese, cool whip, minature marshmallows, shredded coconut.
