ISO: Mardella's country cornbread dressing - questions

Mardella's cornbread dressing recipe sounds great! I plan to try it this Thanksgiving. However, for the novice cook, it would be most helpful if the approximate amount of chicken stock to be added is listed. Also, how many servings and at what size (1c.) does the recipe make?

What size casserole pans- 8X8, 9X13?
