ISO: milos hamburger sauce recipe

does anyone know or can copy the Milo's Hamburger Sauce?
Milo's is a hamburger spot in Birmingham Alabama. Once you've had a Milo's it is hard to go back to regular hamburgers. All that's on the hamburger is sauce, onions and pickle.
