ISO: need cakes that travel

I'm looking for ideas for a birthday cake or something that will seem birthday-like to mail my daughter who has just moved to kansas from nj for her first job--i have to mail it out monday since her b-day is friday--when she was in college I sent her bundt cakes or pound cakes and her friends teased her--said her cakes were too healthy--so far I'm thinking of a big decorated choc chip cookie in a pizza pan--anyone have any more interesting ideas?
