ISO: On Top of Ole Smokey

Misc.
Hello,

I am in the search of a recipe that I had at a dinner party years ago. I believe the name was "On Top of Ole Smokey." The premise is that are many dishes of food and there is an order that the dishes are passed around. After filling your plate it should resemble a "mountain" hence the name. I do not remember the sequence or what the other dishes were. I do recall it started with rice, then a layer of chichen and I believe there was a layer of chow mein noodles and some pineapple somewhere. I would truly appreciate if someone could email me the recipe or a web site for further research of said recipe. Thank you in advance.
