Recipe: Cranberry Ring (using light corn syrup and cranberry-orange relish)

Cranberry Ring

1/2 cup cranberry-orange relish
1 Tablespoon light corn syrup
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 packages refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (20 biscuits)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

In a saucepan, combine cranberry relish and corn syrup; heat just to boiling. Spoon mixture into a greased
6 1/2-cup ring mold.

Combine butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread one side of each biscuit with some of the brown sugar mixture. Place on edge in ring mold.

Bake 25 minutes. Cool in pan 3 minutes; then turn out onto serving platter.
