ISO: Peach Fried Pies

Does anyone have a good recipe for peach fried pies? This will be my first attempt at making these in hopes of making them like my grandmother did when she was still with us. I could also use some helpful tips in making a fried pie. I have never mastered a good pie crust, so any info would be appreciated!
