ISO: Peppermint candy cookie recipe

In our daily newspaper there is an insert one day a week and there was a recipe from a lady that was for her Grandma's special cookie recipe that she made every year at Christmas time. It sounded like a sugar type cookie but had crushed candy canes or peppermint sticks added plus then at the end of baking time a Hersey's Kiss was added kind of like the peanut butter blossom cookie recipe. I did cut it out but have now misplaced it....would anyone have recipe similar to this....sounded so good. I know if would have been a great recipe to have as it had been passed down and was a tried and true recipe. Thanks so much.
