ISO: Piccadilly Crawfish Etouffee

Would someone PLEASE be so kind as to post the Piccadilly Crawfish Etouffee recipe in precise measurements? There is some discrepancies between the original LARGE serving amount and what someone else tried for a scaled down recipe. It would be wonderful if someone could post the recipe to serve 4 to 8, like a normal recipe with size of tomato puree cans used, etc. The Piccadily served such a wonderful etouffee. It would be awesome if those of us who enjoyed it years ago could replicate it today. Anyone? Thank you in advance! :)
