ISO: Question for Susan -

Misc.
Hi Susan:
Thanks for the recipe. I have a question regarding the long-grain rice. Is there a particular brand of rice that you use? Here in New York, I use either Uncle Bens or Carolina Rice. These are long-grained rice but cook very differently. Any tips will be appreciated. Thanks again........Karen
