ISO: Red Cross lasagna recipe on box around 10 years ago

Misc.
These are the ingredients that I can remember. Half ground beef and half ground pork, garlic clove, onion, canned diced tomatos,tomato sauce, eggs, ricotta cheese,grated mozarali cheese, parmisan cheese and the pasta. But I don't know if that is all the ingredients and the quanities.
