i want the recipe that is commonly served in local mexican restaurants which contains diced onion, jalapeno and tomato - it is served with tortilla chips as an appetizer want to know what kind of cheese is used. Doesn't taste like asadero, monterey jack or quesadilla cheese, almost tastes like it has evaporated milk in it
