ISO: Shoney's Cabbage Beef Soup

I am looking for the Shoney's Cabbage Beef Soup recipe. They are no longer in our area, and it is delicious. I would also like their recipe for a sauce that is mustard based with pineapple, real tart, but sweet. Thank you Sherry
