ISO: Shrimp Lemon sauce from Zeo's Restarunt

I am looking to duplicate a dish I had a Zeo's Restarunt called "Shrimp Lemon." It is made of angel hair pasta in a creamy lemon sauce, artichokes and toped with shrimp. I would love to know how to make this wonderful sauce. If anyone could help me that would be great.
