ISO: Simple Recipes for Ribs
Misc. Which is the best type of Rib to use Pork or Beef?Or is it a matter or personal choice? Also, I'd like simple ways of fixing these.Does boiling them or braising them make them more tender before bbq-ing?And what method is used for the outside grill??And what about the oven method?? I am lost and I'd like to fix these for supper..
