ISO: Soup in a jar recipe

I am looking for a soup-in-a-jar recipe that we can use to create 71 jars for our elementary school's teacher/staff appreciation week celebration. The theme of the week's celebration is cooking ("Our Teachers and Staff have the Recipe for Success", and Thursday's specific theme is "Our Teachers and Staff are Souper". We are intending to make baskets from the soup and salad lunch items the children will bring in. We have mason jars that a parent has donated, and we are looking for a colorful soup recipe to make in them (or any other thoughtful mason jar idea!)
