ISO: Steak and Shake Chili

Misc.
I made the recipe as listed and was so ready to get that super Steak and Shake taste but was quite sad with the results. I grew up eating this at work two or three times a week. The receipe was good as chilli goes but NOT a steak and shake reciepe. If anyone has captured it, please write.
