ISO: Sugared Walnuts

Have a great salad recipe for mixed greens with pears and sugared walnuts (cinnamon/sugar) with balsamic vinegar dressing--
Need to find out how long to "bake" walnuts. I think you dip in beaten egg white and coat with cinnamon and sugar- then bake - but for how long??temp??
Can anyone help???
