ISO: Tastee In and Out Tavern and Onion Petals Recipe

One more request, this one from the Sioux City, IA Tastee In and Out restaurant. They make awesome 'taverns'...kind of like a loosemeat or sloppy joe but not with tomato products (or at least not much). We used to get hot lunch on an occasional Wednesday at Epiphany Catholic Grade school and the 'taverns' were very similar. A fine crumb meat mixture with little tomato served plain on a bun and wrapped in waxed paper. Either version would be wonderful to have. And if someone could throw in a good version of Tastee's Onion Petals and Dipping Sauce, I might be able to hold out for the next year until I make it 'home' for a visit!!
