ISO: Tuna Bake using Chop Suey Vegetables

I am looking for a Tuna Bake recipe that called for Chop Suey vegtables, butter, flour, mayo, sour cream, egg, milk, peppers. Baked in a oven. I remember it from my childhood. I think it might be a betty crocker recipe. Please help.
