Recipe: Hungry Boy Cheeseburgers (using refrigerated biscuit dough)

1 pound extra lean ground beef
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 can (8 count) refrigerated reduced-fat jumbo buttermilk biscuit dough
Mustard, ketchup, pickle relish
4 thin slices sweet onion, optional
4 slices reduced-fat Cheddar or American cheese
In bowl, mix ground beef, seasoning salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Shape into 4 patties.
In large nonstick skillet, brown patties over high heat. Remove from pan and drain on paper towel.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
On lightly floured board, roll each biscuit into 6-inch circle. Spread 4 circles with a little mustard and ketchup. Place a beef patty on each of these circles. Place about a teaspoon of pickle relish and a slice of onion on each meat patty. Moisten edges of biscuits and top with remaining biscuit circles. Press edges together with fork and prick tops.
Bake on ungreased baking sheet 15 to 17 minutes. Place cheese slice on each biscuit and continue baking just until cheese melts.
Makes 4 large cheeseburgers
