After Thanksgiving Turkey Broth Base

1 leftover cooked turkey carcass
2 celery stalks with leaves, chopped
water to cover
powdered chicken broth
2 large bay leafs
1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
Put turkey in large pot. Cover with cold water. For each quart of water you use, add one envelope (or 1 teaspoon) of powdered chicken broth base. Add celery stalks, bay leafs and thyme.
Simmer for about 2 hours. This makes a great broth base for many kinds of soups! Can be frozen for future use.
