Hello cchiu. Happy New Year!
I read every word of it! Thank you so much for your time and effort to explain "Silpat" to us. I think I will stick to parchment paper as an all around helper. With just three of us now left at home to cook for I really don't turn out that many cookies during the year anymore (except during the holidays). I do, however, bake for Sunday desserts so will wait until they come out with round ones to fit cake pans. Your suggestions are always most welcome. Thanks again, Lee
